Tonight was sublime. The incredible Interpreti Veneziana provided the house-full BMW Edge with an exquisite performance of baroque music. It was exhilarating. These talented individuals are also grat team players; they bounce off each other, interweaving and intertwining, putting new depth and pleasure into music that has been around for several centuries. There is an enjoyment in their playing that flows out from the stage and embraces their audience. This was Richard Tognetti on speed - and multiplied.Little wonder that they came back for four encores - each one rising to a level above the one before.
